Ray A. Rodriguez

Fight Director

Ray A. Rodriguez is currently an instructor at Adelphi University, SUNY Nassau Community College and Five Towns College.  Ray is a Certified Teacher with the Society of American Fight Directors.  He has served as the resident fight director and senior teaching artist for New Perspectives Theatre Company. He has choreographed, taught, assisted, or appeared at The Actors Studio, North Carolina School of the Arts, Harlem School of the Arts, New York University, RADA, Teatro Nacional de Santo Domingo, UMass/Amherst, Pan Asian Rep, Whitehorse Theater Company.  Choreography/Performance credits include: Renfield (Stunts); Wu Tang: An American Saga (Stunts), LUPE (Stunts); JIHAD (NPTC/Teatro Fest Bogota, Colombia); GENERATION T (Adelphi); GEEK (Vampire Cowboy Theater); Kingdom Come (VooDoo Productions); Boise (Rattlestick Theater Company); Three Musketeers, Treasure Island, Arabian Nights (Inwood Hill Shakespeare Festival); Taming of the Shrew (OOBR Winner), MacBeth (New Perspectives). Extremos (Extremities) & Imigrantes (Immigrants), Teatro Nacional, Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, macBETH (Pulse Theater Ensemble), and the noted production of Marisol at University of Mass./Amherst.
